Import Logistics Specialist (Clifton, NJ)

Overseeing the company’s import operations. Tracking incoming shipments. Contacting partner
shipment companies for status and recovery of cargo. Contacting broker to ensure the proper US
Customs Clearance. Contacting trucking companies to arrange recovery from shipment company
and delivery to the destination. Reporting cargo tracking updates to Management and Clients.
Updating Internal Computer System with all shipment details and status updates. Oversee
inventory procurement, and review reports of the company’s inventory stock position related to import
quota for purpose of procurement.
